On or about October 10, 2007 a very large Retailer (NTX, INC.) decided to open a tool and equipment web site to end users under the name of www.stampedetools.com.

This website attempted to sell to end users at a level significantly lower than our pricing to you. Cutting You and Us out of the sale today, tomorrow, and the future.

We value our customers and DO NOT sell to your customer which is why we were forced to file a Federal lawsuit, receiving an immediate Temporary Restraining Order against this very large predator. We believe the order speaks for itself, and we provide a link to it below.

Twenty-five years ago we started as a warehouse distributor, after having been a Matco Dealer for a few years. There were a couple sayings then, which we still Honor:

1.) There's enough business for everyone
2.) You are who you associate with, that is why we have stayed the course for 25 years respecting our customers and the distribution channel.
